A Separate Residential Program
The Sky Residence amenities are organized around the rooftop and the 12th floor. They serve a different daily routine from the hotel amenities lower in the tower.
The fact sheet describes private ground-floor arrival with 24-hour reception and concierge, followed by dedicated high-speed elevators. At the top is a rooftop pool with a sky deck and cabanas. The 12th-floor program adds a lap pool and clubroom.
Two pools on a rendering do not answer the access question. Before comparing Okan with another building, match the amenity schedule to the residence collection and separate the spaces you can use from services that carry additional charges.

The Hotel Levels
The condo-hotel arrival lobby is identified on floor 29. The fact sheet places hotel amenities on floors 27, 28 and 30, including the outdoor pool on floor 27.
The hotel program includes fitness and training facilities, a Turkish-inspired spa with a marble hammam, restaurants, a cafe and bars. Conference, meeting and event rooms include a ballroom of more than 4,500 SF.
Keep the access agreement beside this list. A hotel service menu and a residential common-area schedule answer different questions about use and cost.
