Choose the Collection First
Okan Tower combines private residences with a Hilton hotel and a separate condo-hotel collection. A similar bedroom count does not make two homes equivalent: their floors, arrival routes, amenities and permitted use can differ.
The developer fact sheet lists 163 Sky Residences and 236 condo-hotel residences. The Sky collection occupies floors 51 to 68; the condo-hotel collection occupies floors 36 to 50.
I would settle the intended use before comparing a view or a price. A buyer choosing a private home and a buyer considering participation in a hotel program need different documents. The Sky Residences do not participate in that hotel program.
Sky Residences
Private ground-floor arrival, dedicated high-speed elevators and a separate residential amenity program establish the Sky collection. The fact sheet describes ceilings over 10 feet, Italian kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances for these residences.
The September 24, 2026 Sky sheet lists the following interior areas. The drawing for the selected residence remains the reference for its exact layout and outdoor space.

Lofts and penthouses require an individual plan and availability review. The floor plan library lets you compare the drawings before narrowing a shortlist.

Condo-Hotel Residences
The condo-hotel residences have their own arrival lobby on floor 29 and access to the hotel amenity program described in the fact sheet. The project information identifies these residences as the collection eligible for hotel rental-program participation.
Eligibility is only the beginning of a purchase review. The program agreement needs to establish owner use, management terms and service charges for the residence. WIRE represents buyers; it does not arrange stays or rentals.
The fact sheet identifies Italian cabinetry and ceilings over 10 feet. Confirm the finish and furnishing schedule for the specific collection instead of applying the Sky Residence specifications to the entire tower.
